A Reserved IP address is one that has been assigned especially to your account. Whether you assign a Reserved IP address to a computer or not, the address will be available to you until you release it.
Reserve new IP addresses and assign them to your nodes or leave them inactive as needed - you may even reserve IP addresses from your current nodes for a flat monthly fee.
